You will see alot of Chorenrit around the gym.
Chorenrit is a very well respected ex-fighter! Chorenrit fought from the age of 10 - 27 years old. He has had over 200 fights and was the Champion of the south. Now 38 years old he is the proud owner of Chorenrit Stadium. The Stadium has moved from the origional site in Thongsala to the new impressive site only a stones throw from the old one. Chorenrit is easily the best stadium to be found on Koh Phangan. As well as running the stadium Chorenrit is also a major Promotor for Muay Thai in Thailand. Big Respects to this Guy!!

Namsaknoi is our Head trainer here at Chorenrit.
Namsaknoi works well with all new fighters and especially with fighters wishing to get into the ring. Namsaknoi is Surat Thani born but was trained in one of the top Bangkok camps. He has been fighting since the age of 9. He has fought and beaten the Japenese number one and the Korean number one Muay Thai Fighters. He boasts a very impressive resume.....
3 times Lumpinee Champion, WMC Champion, PABA Boxing Champion, Ford Ranger Tournament winner, 2 x Champion of South of Thailand, Voted Best Fighther of the year 1996 by the Sportswriters Association of Thailand, Voted Best Fighther of the year 1999 by the Sports Autority of Thailand. Best Wai Kru / Ram Muay of the year 2001 and 2006

Don't mess with Chai Thong!He has been a Muay Thai fighter from 12 - 24 years old. Now at 45 years old, he still has what it takes!!! For the past 21 years Chai Thong has been our local Referee. Although he is a strong Muay Thai fighter he also shows his skill on the Football field, Beckham beware!! He is a top bloke and one of our amazing Instructors here at Chorenrit who will each you Muay Thai!
Kaoponglek

Kaoponglek is our Local Koh Phangan Champion.
At only 19 years old Kaoponglek is a amazingly strong fighter! Kaoponglek is great the way he is so fast with his Punches and Elbows but then that is why he wins nearly all his fights in a knockout in the first couple of rounds. GREAT to watch! Who better to teach you than Kaoponglek, if you want to get your fitness and strength up and learn when to give a swift elbow Kaoponglek will train you accordingly!!!!
Chaloenpon

Chaloenpon is a Bangkok Champion.
He is only 20 years old and is already a well estabished fighter in Bangkok. Chaloenpon is a very tactical fighter and you can see when you watch him fight that every move is well thought out. He also does a very impressive Wai Krue. He will teach you to plan and place your moves and how to time them to perfection!!!
Saminlek
Saminlek
Saminlek is also a Koh Phangan Champion.
Wow! Saminlek is the local Champion that has the biggest following. He fights in a different weight bracket to Kaoponglek. Amazing to watch. He shows his personality in very fight he competes in. Although he takes Muay Thai very seriously and has a great winning record, he also shows his humour in every round. Thats entertainment! Saminlek will teach you how to be light on your feet, and if your lucky show you some of his amazing moves!!
Lak Pech
Lak Pech
Lak Pech is our newest Instructor here at Chorenrit.
He is only 23yrs old, but has already had over 150 fights so far! He has an amazing presence in the ring. If you want to learn how to perfect your head kicks, but in a decent knee and follow with a good elbow he will teach you. With this good track record he is just the person to teach you Muay Thai.
